Love this Chef's pan, great quality, heats evenly and quickly and easy clean up, also looks great and a good price. I use it for stir frying and making soups, stews and sauces. It's a nice size and useful for a variety of dishes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that likes to cook and wants a good quality pan for a good price. I have an induction stove and it works on all cook top types.

This pan is shiny and has a nice shape. The flat portion of the bottom is about 7½ inches across and works perfectly on my gas cooktop. It seems solidly made, has substantial handles, and a magnet will stick to it (something I look for in stainless cookware). The lid fits well and has one of those small built-in holes for release of steam.I recently tried out my new pan with a vegetable stir fry. Using a little oil and medium heat, I fried ginger and then added onion, carrots, Chinese cabbage, red pepper, etc. I particularly like the way the sides flare out so that as I added and stirred the vegetables around, none of them fell out onto the stovetop. I'll be enjoying this pan and using it regularly.

I use this a great deal, and added the steamer insert which elevates this to one of my favorite utensils.
