this product broke (blade burnt out) within 30-40 days. i used it 3-4 times a week and never with ice, only frozen fruit, whey protein and liquids. i definitely wouldn't purchase again.

Terrible blender, do not buy. Claims to have 10 speeds, although all speeds are indiscernible to me aside from the 5 speeds on "high" and the 5 speeds on "low". As another reviewer stated, the blender does not do anything besides make an incredibly loud noise. Put frozen ingredients in and nothing happens on any speed setting. Very disappointed.

Smoothies are the only thing I make with a blender. If a blender can't make a good smoothie, which is incredibly simple, then there is a problem. I ordered this because it has good reviews and is inexpensive. However, the quality is ridiculously cheap, and I wish I had spent more money on a better one.

When you turn this blender on, its sound is not only incredibly louder than your average blender, but it also smells like something is burning. The awful grinding noise sounds like it is struggling and gets softer and louder intermittently. The whole thing shakes, and the buttons rattle when running. It seriously looks and sounds like it is going to fall apart at any moment.

The container is plastic, not glass, and you cannot store it in the refrigerator because it will crack. It is way too flimsy and fragile. I am too afraid to put ice cubes in this thing and only put frozen fruit, juice, fresh fruit, protein powder, and water in it. It mixes everything to a bearable extent, but it does not stir in the protein powder well like my last one did, and the liquid separates when poured, which is a sign it did not mix the ingredients well.

I really regret buying this. I dread using it and know it will most likely break within the year.

Update (3/29/2013): The blender broke already. The motor runs, but nothing happens. Don't believe the five-star reviews like I did. This is a total piece of crap. I am returning it.

This product sucks, it left chunks in my smoothy. That was the entire reason I bought this product was to have smoothies in the morning for breakfast but it was totally worthless. Buy a different blender!
