This cookware is the best I have ever owned. The food does cook evenly,

and clean up has been easy.

I have a small kitchen and therefore storing them without stacking has proven

a small challenge. As I result I purchased a roll of thick, soft shelf liner that can

be cut to fit between each pan. Problem solved.

I love the brand but they kinda dropped the ball for making these in China.

Quality still ok or good I would say, however it still sticks somewhat.

I'm very very disappointed with this set. I purchased this after reading reviews and seeing the website from Zwilling JA Henckles with the endorsements from the chefs who were "using" these products. I cannot even fry and egg in the pan without it sticking to everything. No fried eggs from day one..!!!! I have tried oil and butter, nothing works. It's like cooking in a cast iron pan. What's the deal here Henckles? So much money for this?

Only had the set for a couple of weeks, but so far, the cooking temp is very even, it's very non-stick and the clean-up is a breeze.

Do take the time to clean the bottom and dry the pans after washing to ensure the 'pretty' stainless won't become discolored.

The design and build quality of this cook set are great. Yes, at this price you are getting something Made in China and not Made in Germany, but I still like it. The pots and pans work very well on our Bosch induction cooktop. The strong magnetic field makes the cookware hum a little, but it does not bother me and is inaudible when the exhaust hood is running. We reduced the amount of oil we use thanks to the non-stick ceramic coating. To protect this coating we decided to switch to wood or silicone utensils and clean with Vileda products, but that is a small price to pay for longevity. I recommend this Zwilling product to anyone looking for a very complete set.
