Before I wrote my review I had to use the Dish "over" twenty times. For all the viewers, who "stated" their dish crack REMEMBER

DID NOT PLACE LE CREUSET in a pre-heated oven (hot). FYI this is NOT my first piece of Le Creuset stoneware 2 (two) other pieces have "cracked," due to placing them in hot-oven. Sad to say this is not the LeCreuset stoneware made "back in the days" (France), But MADE IN CHINA or other Asian countries. Cooking/Baking was has NOT change (great), Clean-up NO PROBLEM, Great in refigerator/freezer and Great serveware. If any "crack" issues arise will not hesitate to "downgrade" review.

Pros:

Solid, sturdy quality product that works great

Easy to clean

Sexy brand name

Cons:

Made in Thailand, not France (doesn't affect the taste of the food you are making, mind you!)
