this pot is great. i can fry things so fast and the food comes out fantastic. the cusomter service department that sold me the product through amazon were the nicest, most competant group on people. i most def buy from them again. what a wonderful product.

Nice heavy cast iron fryer but I thought I could fry smaller items in the 4-Qt, like fries for two, but the wire basket sits to high to be cost effective with the amount of oil I would have to use to fry a small amount, but thats just my opinon other than that, something of a greater amount where large amounts of oil are required this is a fine fryer.
