Very upset that I received this item in pieces! it was for a shower gift for Saturday and now I am left to find a gift in days when I thought I had it covered. will be returning! Packing was horrible!

As I was opening the box I heard a rattling sound and thought that was strange. I unwrapped the bubble wrap and the dish was in a half dozen broken pieces. Needless to say I returned the dish the same day. They did a great job refunding my money. The plate was slightly smaller then I expected and did not return for a replacement. Was a good color however.

While I'm sure this platter would be great if I'd gotten to use it, it arrived completely shattered. The platter had been wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap and then thrown into a large box with the Little Tykes Pillow Racer I'd ordered for my son, without any other padding or protection whatsoever.

To Amazon's credit, they issued me an instant refund, but I'm disappointed in the lack of care that was put into the packaging to begin with.

Also, the color was a bit lighter than it is pictured here.

Although these are called "platters", we use them as plates for buffets at family gatherings and holidays. When I try to buy these platters at Kohls or Dillards, they are usually all scratched up. With all 6 I have ordered on Amazon, they look like hands have never touched them.

I added this piece to my new Fiesta collection. I also bought a Peacock. This platter is great for serving pasta, grilled entrees, or main dish. It is not too big, not too small, and offers a nice variation to the round plates. Also a fun way to introduce another color to your Fiesta dinnerware.
