I'm giving this 5 stars because it's everything friends told me it would be. I was skeptical of the claims. It really keeps cold drinks colder much, much longer than usual and no condensation on the tabletops! I bought the Tervis clear top also and it fits perfectly and allows for the use of a straw. Definitely plan on buying Tervis products again.

I really like the design and needed a large capacity. It fits my cupholder and doesn't spill. It doesn't keep coffee warm even when preheated. Plus it is too tall for the microwave so I can't warm it up. I expected better for the expensive price. nice cup...but does not keep warm as long as I hoped. Nevertheless, I was using it daily at work until someone stole it. Next time, I'll consider the 20 ounce because it does not fit in my van cup holder
