THIS CERAMIC COATING IS AMAZING!
It outperforms Teflon-based coatings and cleans up even easier. I never need to scrub, I use either a nylon dish brush or washcloth with a few drops of dish soap. It is somewhat fragile however and requires the exclusive use of wood or silicone/plastic cooking utensils (no metal), but the same is also true for Teflon cookware.
I reasoned that there is no such thing as a life-time non-stick coating and sought to find something inexpensive enough to replace a every few years that wouldn't impart any petrochemicals into my families food. This is it! My wife loves how light the cast aluminum is too.
One word of caution is that the handles conduct heat very well and you'll need to use pot holders to touch them.

The first two of times I used it, it was wonderful, I used only silicone coated utensils with it, and washed it with a sponge that said it is safe for non-stick. Then I noticed a scratch on the bottom, brownish stains that do not come off, and now it sticks where the stains are, and it sticks really bad all over. Tried to make an egg dish, and it stuck, heated risotto and it stuck to the bottom, too. And, yes, the handles got hot pretty quickly, too.It says nonstick and dishwasher safe on the box. I wish it would last longer. It is thick and cooked evenly. I have this set: WearEver C944S564 Pure Living Nonstick Scratch Resistant Ceramic Coating PTFE-Free and PFOA-Free Dishwasher Safe 5-Piece Cookware Set, Champagne Gold and love it, and it is nice and smooth and nothing sticks to it, I wish they made a casserole, too, because I would be first in line to get it.

I liked it so much then I got it, but after less then a year of a moderate use the coating started to come off, I cannot use it any more. Two other cons: the handles get very hot . Also I have dropped the lid and the tip of it broke, I couldn't use it anymore. We call it Happy Pot. The color lights up the stove. Very easy to clean, non stick and really great overall.
