I was skeptical when my wife asked for this for Christmas. It's so huge! But she was right. Since then she has made quite a few recipes in this dutch oven, and we all love it. It's gigantic, so it works great when we have company or if she wants leftovers. Everything comes out moist and tender. Yes, it was expensive, but with care it should easily last at least a lifetime.

The product arrived in a torn manufactured box, but that didn't matter to me, it is a great cooking tool, for cooking on the stove top an then placing in oven. What a wonderful vessel. My Roast came better than ever. Such sturdiness. Every bit of flavor was condensed into one beautiful meal. This Roaster does the trick!
