This pot rack is very nice quality and easy to install. However the picture on Amazon's page shows it without the interior grid and suggests that people who bought the rack also purchased the grid and ceiling trim covers. The rack DOES come with the grid but we did need the trim covers. The trim covers are very important since it makes for a much nicer finish. Amazon was very quick to take care of our "extra" ordered grid. A+ to Amazon Customer Service. Thanks Ria for being so efficient and curteous!

I researched for a long time for a rack that would fit my space but still have enough storage space. I was very happy with this purchase. the one I got is actually alittle different design but essentailly the same product. love my rack and love how much space is freed up in my small kitchen with not alot of space for storage. It was a little bit of a pain to put together but it was worth it. There a few steps that you almost have to have a 2nd person to hold as you piece togehter. I paid about $20 more at Kohls but thats okay it was the cheapest I could find it at the time. I have owned this for about 4 months and I am very happy with it.

The only true negative with this rack is the anchor styem. I had to call the company twice and they do not answer questions about the Toggler anchorsyou have to call a seperate company. I also had to call a plaster specialist about advice weither or not the Toggler could be used in my ceiling. The Toggler is meant for HOLLOW wall space. After talking a plaster guy and told him about my wall space and year built it was determined that I do have hollow space and could use the anchor system. make sure you aviod beams cause it will not work. After drilling 1/2 inch in my ceiling I put the anchor in and I must not have broke it off correctly because it was stuck and not in the correct position. I again called the company and asked for advice. They sent me TWO new togglers and there apologies. When they arrived, within only a few days, I was told to just use something to push the old one up and into the ceiling and put the new one. So I did and once again it broke incorrectly!! Frustrated and down to my last Toggler I gave it more shot and SUCCESS!! It was a bit of a pain to get up but I love it. Make sure you just KNOW where are gonna hang and have read ALL the directions, especially realted to togglers, before hanging. If you do this you will be much happier. But if you make mistakes, like I did, know the company(s) are very helpful and will do anything they can to help you figure it out!! I thought the togglers seemed flimsy at first but after now fully understanding the designed, they actaully are pretty ingenious and I have no doubt that they will hold the weight they claim. The rack does shift weight when take off and put on new pots/pans, made me nervous first time it happens but its just redisributing weight and once again NO PROBLEMS. I know its a long review but I wish I had known the info and i help someone! All and all a great purchase on a budget, looks great and works great!!

I was really skeptical of the installation system but decided to try and I'm glad I did. It was easy to install and looks great in my kitchen. I've hung several skippers, lids and pots on it without trouble!

I would recommend the decorative covers as well. They give it a nice finished look.

I love the quick anchor system this rack uses. I have over 10 pots and pans hanging at all times and two of those pans are the heavy cast iron pans. The center is great for hanging long spoons and serving forks. Comes with plenty of hooks to hang items but I bought the extra hooks and I use them all. I get no end of compliments of this rack and for the cost it can't be beat.

I have an 8-foot ceiling, so I ordered the additional low ceiling arms (I've included a photo). The pot rack is well-made and solid, and the instructions are pretty straightforward. There's a Snaptoggle drywall anchor installation video at toggler.com that's helpful in getting the provided drywall toggles installed right. Be sure to raise the movable plastic bolt on the toggler all the way up as far as it will go after you've drilled your 1/2 inch hole, and drawn the anchor on the toggler to the perpendicular position on the inside of the hole. Otherwise, it will just spin when you try to secure the rack to the ceiling with provided hardware bolts or hooks, and you'll have to buy another toggler set at Lowe's and repeat the procedure. That said, if you have 5/8" drywall in your ceiling, each anchor point supports 356 lbs., which is pretty impressive. I'm giving this item a 4-Star rating rather than 5 for 2 reasons: 1) I really don't like the regular-angled cookware hooks: I think all the provided hooks should be bent-angled so as to accommodate more pots/pans on the rack. As it is, you get 6 of each type (regular vs. bent-angled). 2) You get 2 separate grille sections, each 6" wide, with 3 movable bars to "secure" them to the rack...and that's it. The grille sections "slide," as there's no provided hardware to otherwise fasten them together, to the rack or the support bars, necessitating your doing the task yourself with wires, plastic clips etc. Not sure why the manufacturer doesn't provide a single 12 by 22" grille and some type of fastener, but I'm otherwise and altogether pleased with the product!
