Works well. I'm used to pressure cookers so this wasn't different but the red pin close to the handle got me. It wasn't in the right position when I got the cooker and when I tried pressuring it won't work. This pressure cooker is the perfect size for me. I cook small amounts of food at a time. The cooker is good quality and works perfectly. With this one, as with others, after use and washing, I oil the seal and put it in the pot, not the lid, until next use. It will keep the seal supple and longer lasting.
