I have been using a Taylor and Ng wok for nearly 30 years now. This one was purchased as a gift for a friend who neded to go Vegetarian for health reasons. He tells me that his family uses it at least 4-5 times a week. I recommend the round bottom model that you season yourself. This and my black cast iron skillet cook 75% of our meals.Bought this for my boyfriend who is part Thai & he absolutely loves it! Now, he is asking for a larger one.
