The chicken fryer is GREAT! I love it. I do wish some instructions/recipes had been included about frying chicken. Instructions say "don't use grease/oil" or "use 1 tsp". Fry chicken in 1 tsp of oil????????????

oh gosh..i love the handles, color, light weight, secured lid and works perfectly for my frying chicken! I am thinking of getting another one. This pan warps just like any other cheap pan. Only it wasn't that cheap. I knew it would when I opened the package and saw that the bottom was thin just like the rest of them. No, I didn't excessively overheat it either, I was very carefull about that . Otherwise it 's a fairly well made product other than they cut heat transfer rings in the bottom that allow alumium to contact my glass stove top. This is a perfect match to our 15pc Paula Deen set. We love the color and the handles on each side. Will be doing a lot of cooking in this pan.
