This little egg spatula is ideal for use with a mini fry pan. It's also good for removing cookies from a baking pan.

When it's not in use, it makes a fine display on my pegboard storage wall in the kitchen.

I've been cooking for decades and until now have never had an egg turner that I really liked. This one easily and consistently flips an unbroken over-medium egg in a small or large skillet. It is thin, so easily slides under the egg, but sturdy and does well in the dishwasher. I like it so much, I'll be checking out more of this company's products.

This is a great companion for the one-egg fry pay. It works great, because these small fry pans do not accommodate a regular-sized spatula. Also, really cute-looking!

I love this little spatula! I must emphasize the LITTLE because it is very small (the flipper part is about 2 1/8" x 3 1/4") but PERFECT for fried eggs! It's very thin so easily slips under the eggs for a neat "over-easy flip" and my yolks actually stay intact! :)
