This pan is just what I wanted. It's beautifully made, well balanced and easier to clean than a cast iron pan, even after baking marinated chicken in the oven. Amazon is the best source for finding just what you need. Thanks Amazon for just being there!!!

This pan is exactly what I wanted for frying bacon. I was tired of trying to fit bacon strips in a round pan! Deep enough for the grease, too. It also "grills" burgers or chicken breasts nicely. Great for making French toast or pancakes---4 at a time fits perfect. I'm very pleased with this purchase. Nice looking, too.

I own a Loge grill pan, which was too heavy to use and very slow to cook the food. I wanted a lighter grill pan and this fit the bill. Sooo happy with it! Pan heats up quickly, very easy to use, and grills food very nicely (grill lines show up on the food). Highly recommend!
