I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this wok, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It is extremely easy to wash and it appears to conduct the heat nice and evenly.

I have been doing stir fries for many years. This pan is great! For once I have been able to fry meat, add vegetables, add sauce and nothing has stuck. Clean up has been very successful. I love this new stir fry pan.

Slightly small (volume) than other Anolon 12", but the price is right. Performance is excellent.

Non-stick works well, looks nice, and has metal handle so can put it in stove. The only downside is the bottom is a little narrow so if you like to leave it on the stove while not using it, it will wobble since the handle is heavy enough to tilt it over. This is definitely a better pan than I would usually get and well worth it when on sale for less than $40.

I've owned this for a couple of months now. We use it pretty much every single day. We used it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Eggs, stir fry, searing steak, etc... It's very easy to clean. I only use wooden spoons on it, so I can't comment on how it would hold up to metal utensils. Overall, I'm extremely happy with it. Will try and update this review in a years time.
