This is a wonderful casserole for oven baking. The terra-cotta provided even heat, and stays warm longer than pyrex or ceramic pots. Baked Ziti with Fennel Sausage and Tomato Basil sauce, topped with fresh mozzerella is ready in 20 minutes and stay hot. Be sure to have your potholders ready.

Received the shipping in a safe package. Way ahead of time. Cooked lentil in it and came out superb and then another vegie dish. Takes time to cook but worth the taste. Highly recommend for food lovers.
