We actually call crepes "blintzes". I make the thin batter myself and this pan is perfect in making them ! Absolutely no sticking, just how you want it ! Highly recommend !

For those of us who want to steer away from teflon this seemed like a good choice to explore. It has proven to be a handy pan, perfect for breakfast for two, does not stick and it is easy to take care of. Very happy with the purchase.

I have the original model of this Anolon Advanced crepe pan from years ago and it is still going strong. I just recently purchased a second one (the pictured item) to replace an old "Crepe Magician" pan that lost its non-stick coating. I like to have two crepe pans going at once when serving a group. The rubber wrapped handle eliminates the need for a hot pad on your hand. This is particularly useful in crepe making when one is moving quickly, swirling batter, flipping the pan, etc.

I have not made crepes yet but I made omelets. Was able to make them paper thin. The family loved them. Pan is lighter than a frying pan soit was easier to handle.
