Purchase a couple sets, washed them and then baked tarts. They turned out great! Completely nonstick, the tarts came right out and cleanup was easy. They're not thin either so they will retain heat well and not get dinged when I drop them in the sink. I would not put them in the dishwasher, but that's my preference. Highly recommended.

I just had a chance to try out my new Bonjour pans with great results. Considering that this is also my first time preparing brioche, that's saying a lot. They turned out beautifully and released from the pans by simply turning them over without damaging them onto a rack for cooling. Even the little topknot was browned evenly and looked like something out of a professional bakery. Highly recommend this brand and product, and plan to order more in larger sizes at a later date.

After studying How to make artisan bread I wanted to make a fancy bread. The Chef's cook ware site had the Brioche Pans that I was looking for. These pans can also be used for jello molds. The ones I purchased are just the right size for individual brioches. Bon appetite!
