I have been shopping for month, years really, for affordable and high quality stainless cookware. I shopped the department stores and the others around the mall but they all had over priced home stuff. Being a former chef and still a restaurant operator I wanted something that would last, I wanted what our kitchens use. THIS IS IT!! It's maybe a touch lighter weight than that in a commercial kitchen but it's pretty close, and I don't have a commercial stove at home so this is perfect. Exactly what you need if you're looking for commercial quality home cookware. I have 12 pieces and they're all great. Best home purchase EVER!!!

I like the look and feel, but it's kind of hard to grip the handle when full. Also, the lid holds a huge amount of water when you remove it. You have to remember to drain in pot before taking it off, or water goes everywhere
