Reviews of Staub 8.875 Quart Round Cocotte, Basil
This very heavy enameled cast iron dutch oven is of perfect quality, heats very evenly on stove top or in oven making casseroles or stews. Like it better than the Le Creuset because of the black enamel interior that won't show staining and discoloration that is inevitable with the white interior of Le Creuset. The dimple on the interior functions as explained, handles are easier to hold.
