I purchased a couple of these tart pans, and have been very happy with them. Four stars because they aren't as heavy weight as I would like, but their performance is everything I'd expect from a decent tart pan. The removable bottom makes for easy removal of your pastry. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this one.

I got this pan to make a dish that would stick in a regular retcangular baker. With the loose bottom the whole tart just poped out like I had planned.

These pans are fine for tarts, but they're advertised as quiche pans. They are not deep enough to hold quiche fillings so if that's what you need these are not the pans for you.
