This is a perfect tea pot for 1 or 2 people. There is only one thing I wish was different. I wish that the lid stayed on securely when you pour. Other than that, it is great. It doesn't whistle, so if you're the type of person that tries to do other things while your water is heating up, and then gets distracted and forgets about your tea, this might be a problem. I would recommend doing things in your kitchen while it heats or don't leave it alone for too long.

Love the style, love the color, and wanted to keep it, but it's not practical for me. The lid won't stay on and it doesn't whistle. I decided to return this and get a whistling tea kettle with a locking lid.
