Great, simple pan . . . if you use a grill, gas, or standard coil cooktop. For a ceramic cooktop, it will not work. The long, heavy handle causes the pan to tilt up on the opposite end. It will not sit flat on a ceramic cooktop. So, take your cooktop into consideration before ordering.
