This works fairly well as long as you apply a little pressure to your grip and is easy to keep clean. I suspect they will stay new looking for quite some time.

Bought this for our Lodge Wok. I leave these handles on at all times in order to not ever accidentally touch the burning hot handles when I'm not thinking. Doing that they do get pretty warm but not dangerously hot at all! Totally safely touchable. I love them. If you just put them on when you want to hold the handles or move the wok from the burner, they will stay nice and comfortably cool no matter how hot the cast iron is underneath. Highly recommended little addon :)

Too big but is useable, probably my fault for not ordering the other one. My husband likes using it instead of a hot pad.
