We purchased this as a replacement for an old turkey lifter, and this product is much superior. With this tool, we can easily lift the biggest turkey (25 pound) out of our roaster, and even can tip the turkey to drain any juices prior to carving. I would highly recommend this great tool for whenever you cook a turkey.

A great item to lift your Turkey out of a roaster. Handles slip on and off easily, so you don't have to leave them on during baking.

Once the Turkey was on the rack,the handles kept sliding off around the Turkey. I had to bake the Turkey of the rack without the handles and use 2 large metal spoons to get the Turkey out the pan once it was cool. It's hard getting a 16 pound Turkey out with fell apart once it was out of the roaster. The handles should have a hook catch so they don't slide off. What a waste of money!!!
