The ceramic cleans really easily and great size for large soups. Heats quickly. Be careful the handles get hot so use mitts.

This works perfect for what I was looking for ~ a non-leaching pan. The vent hole is a great addition to the lid. I am tired of replacing the silverstone and similar non stick pans. They do not last even though I baby mine.
