Even at medium heat pancakes burn and stick to the pan.

It works for breakfast meats, which was NOT the reason for the purchase.

The hunt continues for a 10 inch "round" pancake griddle that works.

I did not realise it was rocket science.

What a non-stick pan should be. Good weight even though it's aluminum. Great for crepes and eggs as well as pancakes.
