Very happy with the quality and design. I have used this saute paddle for a number of cooking methods. I always wash/dry by hand immediately after use. This is heavier than other wooden utensils I own but that has proven to good.

I like the design of this wooden sautee spoon. I have used many times and the spoon still looks like new. Other sautee spoons I had in the past have cracked, but not this one so far.

I was very excited to try out this saute paddle, as I love how ergonomic OXO products are. The handle is very, very rough and chafes my hand. The rough texture of the handle gives me the feeling of nails on a chalkboard and I cannot stand to use it. It's in the bottom of drawer and will stay there.
