I was disappointed

I used this pot on an electric glass top stove for making cereal.

However, the cereal sticks to the bottom of the pan.

I thought with the price I paid, the quality of the pot would have been better.

This is great cookware. It's great at even heat distribution and at induction cooking. But it's much heavier than most cookware.
