I have a full set of Anolon cookware, but needed another large skillet. I couldn't find one in open stock; and I wasn't sure whether I would like a "grill pan" (raised areas in the middle that create grill marks on meat) or not, but thought I'd order it and see. What a GREAT pan....I love it! It cooks foods (especially meats) much faster and with less grease than a regular skillet. If you like Anolon cookware, you NEED this grill pan!

Got this for my wife for Christmas. It's very well made, great quality, good wieght, nice balance, handles well. We've used Analon for years and this is certainly consistant with their excellent products.

Nothing technical here, but this is the best grill pan I've ever used. I am an active home cook and have used several different grill pans. Hands down, this one is the best. Great grill marks, good heat distribution and amazingly lightweight. Clean-up is a breeze. The lid is a bonus, since most grill pans don't come with lids!

I would surely buy another analon advanced pan in the future should the need exist!

I have used a grill pan your years, but this is the first one I had with a lid. The lid makes all the difference. Everything cooks quicker and more thoroughly now. Also, there's no smoking, and therefore my kitchen and air stays cleaner.
