Buy Vollrath 3155 16-Gauge Stainless Steel Centurion French Omelet Pan
I am a retired resturant owner and chef. I purchased some of the first centurion that came on the market and am still useing it at my home. I do about 80% of the cooking and still use my centurion almost daily. None better. Glad to see that you sell it.
