While the pan is a little heavy, I am quite pleased that it works really well on my glass-top stove. The dark bottom prevents burner from clicking on and off frequently. Also it has a nice finish so foods do not stick to it easily.

This is an extremely well made pan as well as a very attractive one. It conducts heal beautifully and is extremely easy to clean. I find it to be a bit heavy when I drain veggies, but I believe that the heaviness is necessary to the integrity of the function of the pan.
