I cannot say enough good things about these pots. I just got them a few days ago, and so far they are absolutely fantastic. They heat evenly, are lightweight, have good solid handles and best of all... they clean up without any effort at all. The lids fit well, and the handles do not get hot. I will update later after I have used them for a while.

UPDATE: I have had these pots for months now, and the little one is scratched due to using a metal spoon in it. My husband uses that one for heating up some of his choices, and uses a metal spoon in it.. and I noticed it has some scratched areas, but it has not begun to flake off in the food. I use either bamboo or silicone in my cooking and have had no other problems with them.

These are an oddity among the nonstick I've used. They require seasoning and permit the use of metal utensils. Previously, I've preferred anodized, but I believe I've been converted.

The pans are light-weight and well balanced. They distribute heat evenly and quickly across the bottoms. The non-stick aspect is ridiculously slippery. They make cooking and cleanup simpler than any other pan I've used.

Of the particular assortment, I'm not as much a fan. I really miss having a double boiler and lids for the pans.

For the price, this is a good set of cookware. They have a nice sturdy weight to them. This is one of the few sets I found in this price range that still have knobs instead of handles for the lids. Food heats up quickly and evenly in them. Very easy clean up inside and out.

I love these pans! Everything just slides right off onto the plate and there isn't any residue left over...The lids are odd, though. They don't sit on the edge of the pan like most pots, but sit kind of down into the pan. The 2 qt pan feels a little small, but all in all I like them very much.
