The set is as described...one of the ramekins was broken and that is not worth sending back...the review I read said the same thing, you would think someone would fix the packaging.

Overall, I like the look of the Swissmar Montblanc Fondue set. However, when it arrived at my door with broken condiment cups, dents on the wooden board, and a chip out of the enamel, it was hardly the quality I was expecting. I thought the condiment cups were on the cheap side (at least one arrived intact), but the rest of the set was nice enough. I sent it back for a replacement which Amazon made convenient, but I have been waiting nearly 2 1/2 months for a replacement! Great fondue set, the parents loved it. Glad I could split the cost with my siblings on VenTribe.com. Very functional, packaging was a little iffy but other wise good buy,
