It's large enough for me to use in my extra large dutch ovens without having my fingers slipping on a saucy spatula. I love the color as red is my designated meat utensil . These rubber spatulas are awesome. They are sturdy, but still flexible for scraping. The silicone is all one piece (seamless), so food isn't caught in cracks. I have used them in frying pans without any melting issues. I wish Amazon still carried them in a handy 3 pack, but you can still buy them individually. The long handle makes this one great for stirring as I cook in deeper pans, and for scraping gravies and sauces out of hot pans. I have had a set of these for over a year and they hold up well to heavy use.
