Bought this to complete our Berndes set. Great little pan. It's really hefty and solidly built. Handle is strong and comfortable to hold. Rivets are not loose! Thick base result in very even heat distribution. By the way, we love our GE induction cooktop and this pan works great on it.

Got the 11'' pan about 2 years ago. It still works OK and because it does we got this one. Main issue is that it got stickier than when it was new, but this was probably our own fault. Consumer Reports says don't use Pam or other no-stick stuff on these kinds of pans, because it leaves sticky residue. Oops, we did that.

The coating is still on the pan but there's residue on it. So eggs tend to stick now.

Wow, this is so handy to fry an egg in, saute small amounts of ingredients in etc. It just wipes out with a damp cloth and ready to cook something else in that is small of course. I would definitely buy it again that is for certain. I also picked up a Berndes glass lid with stainless steel knob which is handy to use with it also.

We have a coupld of other Berndes Coquere Induction pans and they are great. The cheapo pan from IKEA wore out (the non-stick). The non-stick on these pans is TOUGH and comes with a five year no-excuses warranty against chiping or scratching.

As for cooking, it heats very evenly, has a perfectly flat bottom (important with induction) and is a breeze to clean up.

Highly recommended.
