It is my habit to read reviews submitted by amazon customers because I have found them to be so informative. The current set of cookware we were using we received as a wedding gift 20 years ago. So it had more than served our family well. I was so tempted to purchase the nonstick sets I saw in every store I visited until I read the amazon customer reviews of the products. Those same reviews pointed me in the direction of the Emeril All-Clad set. What beautiful cookware. The price was only $50 more dollars than the other sets with fewer peices.The glass tops keep my husband from openning every pot on the stove to see what is cooking. These have lasted us about 5 years. They worked perfectly but over the past year they have started to get VERY worn on the exterior and the interior isn't non-stick like it used to be with lots of scratches through the non-stick coating.
