OK. I'll admit I'm one of those people who gets overly excited over cookware, and especially over quality cookware. I don't need the fanciest kitchen gadgetry out there, or the most modern dishes, but quality, time-tested cookware absolutely and I'm willing to spend on it, because I know it's a good investment.
I've read quite a bit on the Dansk cookware prior to my purchase. I've first encountered it in Crate & Barrel and wanted to learn more about it. And what I found is that it has quite a following and now, I know why.
