I loved this pan when I first got it, it worked very well, but after just a few months the non stick surface is bubbling and peeling. Too late to return it, so I will have to throw it out.Best Deals for Rachael Ray Oven Lovin' Rectangle Nonstick Bakeware
One of the rubber handles burst into flames at 450 degrees and then lit the rest of the chicken I had in the pan on fire too, had huge flames coming out of my oven and smoke billowing out the top. Had to turn off everything and beat the flames out with a towel because we don't have a fire extinguisher. Now my whole apartment smells like burning rubber and smoke. Dangerous and cheap!Honest reviews on Rachael Ray Oven Lovin' Rectangle Nonstick Bakeware
I am updating this review after owning the pan for not quite a year and a half...I just noticed the nonstick coating is starting to peel off...right along the sides of the pan where the food typically comes to. Very disappointing as I was impressed with these pans and have only used them as directed. Glad I never got around to replacing my other pans!Previous Review:
I waited to review this pan until I've had it awhile. I love it! It's lightweight but sturdy, and it cleans up beautifully. I've been sure to only use nylon or wooden utensils to be sure not to scratch it. Not sure about the review that says the handles melt--I've been using this pan at typical temperatures--350-450--and have had absolutely no problem. Now I'm looking to replace the rest of my pans with this line of bakeware.
