I have purchased two of these bodum sets of borosilicate containers only to be disappointed quickly. Both mishaps were with the 85-ounce dish. One broke in the dishwasher with a large triangular shaped crack without any evidence of contact or impact with another item; the second cracked with a large seam when it was taken from the refrigerator (not freezer) to a 325 F oven. Not so strong glass despite claims of superiority to current pyrex offerings.

I love this set. They bake even and clean easily. I do wish the covers fit a bit tighter but they do serve their purpose and also do well as a trivet. Great quality item.

These are the greatest. Safe for microwave and dishwasher. I love them and have ordered more. This is a great company. Try their coffee mugs, the ones that are double walled.

These dishes have the thinness of a fine wine glass so I am almost afraid to use them. I think one wrong bump and they might chip or break.

I liked the look and idea of these pots BUT they don't have any handles to pick them up with and I'm afraid I'm going to drop them. I found you can use the lid to grab them with. I wouldn't buy them again.

It's later and yes I dropped one and it broke, they are so thin it's even hard to hold on to them when they're wet.

DON"T buy them they are WAY to expensive for what you get!
