I received the 11x17 baking sheet as a gift in Christmas 2009, and after a year of frequent use I can honestly say that this is a great baking sheet. My cookies cook evenly and come off with ease. I am so happy to have a cookie sheet that doesn't warp in the oven! I'll never buy Wilton again. Looking forward to adding a few more of these to my collection. I'd recommend them to anyone who loves to bake.

I read the above review and I have to believe the reason she had an issue with her cookie sheet was because she used cooking spray. Cooking spray is strictly forbidden on Anolon anything! This pan is absolutely amazing. I received it as a Christmas gift and could not be more thrilled with it. I have spent the first decade and a half of my adult life with absolutely WORTHLESS "Wilton" baking sheets that buckled, had food stick to it, burned terribly...I had no idea there was something greater out there. I honestly thought I was just a terrible cook. With this product, my cookies turn out PERFECT. Perfect! I can't believe it. I've been baking like crazy since I got it because it's actually enjoyable now. It also cleans ridiculously easily, due in no small part to the fact that food does not stick to it. Can't say enough good things about Anolon baking sheets. which is a KitchenAid wall oven. I've ordered the smaller size. Hint, after reading the details away down the page, go measure the width of your oven. All the Anolon I purchased is bigger than average pan because of the very large handles. I like my other items so just ordered a smaller size. Pouty image goes here.Update November 8, 2013. The smaller ones fit okay, but still go almost wall to wall across. I don't know why they put the "heatproof" handles on as they get very, very hot and they are not on the edges you would grab it anyway to get it in and out of the oven. This is not going to work as my jelly roll pans did.
It's fine for lots of other things.
Probably should not, but have used as broiler pan, on second shelf down in oven.
My mean streak made me down grade this to a 3 star review, though I know of no better alternative.
They are super non-stick pans with edges, but I'm disappointed in the handle location and in wasted width used by the handles. There is plenty of extra room for more depth. (IN MY OVEN. IF YOU WANT MEASUREMENTS FOR INSIDE OF MY PARTICULAR APPARENTLY SMALL OVEN, MAKE A COMMENT AND I WILL GO FIGURE IT OUT.)
