I have purchased many brands of insulated glasses over too many years to admit. None of them can compare with Tervis. None of them are dishwasher safe like Tervis. None of them have a lifetime guarantee like Tervis which truly is honored. Tervis is more expensive but in the long run, you can't beat them. I bought the Gecko Frog set for my grandsons. I use the lids and a straw; they are perfect. They love them and I have no mess.

I agree with all the other positive reviews. We ordered four sets of Tervis (two tall and two short) with different themes to replace our other "back patio" iced tea glasses that were starting to look worn. These do everything they say...no sweating, minimal fogging, no dripping, ice cubes last for hours, and the embroidered patch in between the walls is bright and vibrant.

Two small complaints, though.

1. There is a small ridge on the outside lip of all the glasses that my husband finds particularly annoying.

2. The interior capacity is more like 13 1/2 14 oz, not the stated 16 ounces. The tall glasses hold one whole can of soda, but you only have room for one or two (if they are small) ice cubes. If you are like me, I like to cram 4-5 cubes into the glass and pour my drink over them, but beware...if you try to do that with these glasses you'll be chugging half your soda pretty quickly to try make room to pour the remainder into the glass before it gets warm in the can.

Maybe these things should have rated more like a 3 star review, but these are just so darned attractive that I bumped it up to four. I'm hoping Hubs gets used to the lip on the glasses before I have to haul a couple of the old set out of storage for him to use.

They are playful and attractive. I am going to order more of them. I usually don't care for plastic but these are great. Everyone reaches for these and they are always in the dishwasher. I keep washing them by hand so that they are available to use. You won't be disappointed!

I've been using Tervis now for 2 years but my mom has for YEARS!! So I ordered 8 for me, got some frogs and somethingso you can follow YOUR glass around the house. No water stains, keeps drinks cold longer. These are what Tervis are known for. Quality, durability, dishwasher safe. Not the cheapest but last forever so well worth it. My only thing would have been some kind of logo for men... a Porsche, Ferrari, Corvette, BMW.... set of 4... follow your car around but at the end of the day... its a glass! Sure Tervis has a bigger selection... but these are just great as I try to buy everything from Amazon... Great product
