Such an essential item for a cooker, no need to extoll any virtues here.

Not sure if the price is right. Cooker costs $50 and the sealing ring is 20%, sounds like IBM, Oracle annual support contract.

all looked in the pics like it was the correct seal but when it come in mail i opened it and wrong part.not your fault or my fault just old pot and i know it going to be a real problem. my mother bought the pressure cooker i guess around 1946 too bad she is dead and gone to update me. tell me what i can tell you what info like size and look of the shape of the seal and dia of the lid and may be you can help me.

This is a must have if you have this pressure cooker. Although the original that came with the cooker is fine, it is good to have a spare on hand. It seems like a very durable sealer, and is identical to the original.
