I love these pots. They cook beautifully and are so easy to clean. I love to cook but always hated cleaning the pots and pans but these pots practically wipe clean. You won't want anything else once you've tried Le Creuset.

This is my second Le Creuset saucepan. I liked my original so much, I needed a second. My first one is about four years old, and has not defects still. I like these pans because they are durable and easy to clean. And, they cook so well. These will most likely last my lifetime.
Honest reviews on Le Creuset Enameled Cast-Iron 1-1/4-Quart Iron Handle Precision
I have been an avid user of Le Creuset for over 20 years. They have really improved their design recently. The long handle is wide enough and flat enough to set a spoon on it yet still ergonomically correct so that it is easy to lift despite its being cast iron. I use this size pot as a small stock pot, as it makes about 4-6 servings of soup. The cast iron design is impeccable heating the food evenly. And the color is a beautiful shade of green that goes well with my french blue stock pot from 20 plus years ago. It also goes well with my Caribbean blue saucier pan I bought last year. I wouldn't use anything else.

You simply won't need any other 1-1/4 saucepan. It is superior to both stainless steel and teflon (such as Circulon) in that it heats evenly with minimal heat (do not use above medium setting) and is practically non-stick. The design is superb: pouring is accomplished with very little to no dripping. It retains heat in a way that far outperforms aluminum or stainless steel.
