I purchased several Paderno pans recently to complete a set; have had the 11 quart stockpot for 10 years and it still looks new--very durable, never scorches the food. Bought the 6-7/8 quart pan primarily for jams and jellies--a very good size. Easy to clean, and I imagine I'll have these the rest of my life.
