These were a gift. The first time I used one of them to stir flour into cookie dough, it broke in the handle "seam." I wrote to the company and never heard back. While I like and use other Joseph Joseph products, I certainly would not buy this type of utensil from them.

The keeping of this spatula up off the counter is a nice feature, but that's all. They are rigid and heavy. Flexibility is a key quality in a spatula in my book. I might as well use a metal spoon as one of these. I am returning them.

I love simple, common sense design that makes life easier in small ways. These spatulas are wonderful because they don't leave a mess on the counter, but their design isn't a disguise for poor quality. They are made from quality products. They are stiff enough to do the job and they don't stain. Love them!!
