I've been buying these update pans for quite a while at a local restaurant supply store. They've recently gone out of business, so I was left in the lurch when the non-stick started sticking.I usually have to replace the pan about every 2-3 years, and that seems reasonable. I've yet see a "name brand" non-stick last that long even at 2-3X the price, so I stick with these.
They work great on induction tops, and heat evenly. The non-stick is pretty durable. The bottom is slightly concave, but flattens out when hot (per the insert in the package). Make sure you let the pan cool gradually to make sure you don't warp the bottom.
One note, the description and picture shows a "helper handle" on the pan opposite the regular handle that is not on the pan. I knew this from prior purchases, but thought it bore mentioning.
