This product is one you should consider. The primary reason we switched was the ceramic interior of the pots. You do not ingest the bad chemicals found in Teflon and similar coatings. Price is very good, with a 25 year guarantee.

Much better upgrade than I thought it would be after receiving it. The fit and finish is good quality. I am impressed with how well it heats food and how easy it is to clean compared to the non stick type finishes of other pots and pans. Don't waste your money on buying a cheap pot or on the high end brands if you need something to get the job done. I'm not a chef but would say this pot would work well for daily use in a restaurant. Would recommend and will buy this brand againBest Deals for Vinaroz Vitoria Series 8-Inch Hard Anodized Sauce Pan, 3-Quart
Balanced and comfortable to use. Flat bottom sits nicely on the glass top. The smooth bottom will not scratch or mar the exterior cooking surface. A glass cover sits evenly on the pot and it possesses a small vent for the release of steam. The black Anodized metal retains heat proportionally creating an even heat distribution and reducing hot spots. Cooking is pleasure and the interior Ceramic Coating not only is stick-free; but very easy to wipe clean. We do not put this pot in the washer as clean up is so easy by hand under the tap and wipe clean with a paper towel. Finally; I do not recommend putting any Anodized pots or pans into a washer because it creates visible representations like modeling or greying effects.Honest reviews on Vinaroz Vitoria Series 8-Inch Hard Anodized Sauce Pan, 3-Quart
This pan is great! It heats up evenly, is very easy to clean, both inside and outside. The only thing missing is the ability to use it on an an induction cooktop.
And, it looks just great.
