I needed a new paella pan and this one came in time, was well made, looks beautiful, and cleans up nicely. I use my mother's recipe with calls for it to be cooked in the oven. Worked brilliantly.

This pan meet all those requirements. The cheaper carbon and steel paella pans are very hard to maintain and they do not last long.
